Ashlee Braxton is a hidden gem.

Ashlee Braxton is a traveler by nature.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she grew up mostly in Pasadena, Maryland.

Braxton who growing up played many sports comes from a musical family.

She is the granddaughter of Evelyn Braxton & the neice of the Braxton sisters, Toni, Tamar, Tawanda, Trina & Traci.

You may be familiar with her family as they star on WETV’s hit show, Braxton Family Values.

As a child she played soccer, the 28 year old Virgo considers herself to be a workaholic.

Virgos are quite known for this character trait.

After completing high school she moved to Los Angeles to fulfill some of her dreams.

“I gained responsibility and was in charge of a high profile agenda through outlets such as TV & singing background for artists.
Working in the industry at a young age, I felt there was more in the world to see.
Already privileged to travel and with a desire for more I moved to Paris,” she said.

While moving to Paris is a total dream for most, Braxton says the quest to move was challenging.

“Everyone wants to go to Paris right? The fashion, the food, the glamour. But it wasn’t that at all at first.
Paris was a HUGE challenge for me & now after 4 years, I am finally getting the gist of things.
I started out as an Au Pair to 3 amazing kids, then taught English then worked as an Events/Internal Comms Manager.

I currently work in the Bitcoin industry. 💲

Moving up in the French market took some time but being here today in this very moment
I am extremely proud of myself for how far I have come and want to make sure everyone knows that you can do anything in the world.

Whatever you want, it’s yours. Whatever you think you cannot do, you can.

Traveling alone has taught me how to believe in myself & I constantly push myself to do bigger -& better.

As 2020 starts, I want everyone to have their own goals, I’d like to be a gateway to help anyone get to where they need to be,” she said.

Braxton is also a speaker.

She has spoken in France for 4 companies & is considering other speaking engagements.

Braxton enjoys photography, traveling reading & sports.

As its hard for her to determine her favorite places in the world, she prefers the sun making her favorite travel spots are: Italy for the food, Portugal and Spain for the sun & Italy and Greece for the sea.

You can find a list of her favorite restaurants on her website, but currently, her favorite restaurant is: La Nicchia in Pantelleria, Italy.

Prior to this she was an Executive Assistant in the music industry and traveled all over the world which influenced her to continue & relocate to Europe.

Later this year she will debut her website: a-classique, she says she is super excited for it.

Braxton a giver by nature spends her time volunteering with various non profits in Europe.

“I love helping all around the world. I am getting involved in Brazil, Bali & more tech projects in Paris,” she said.

She has called Paris, home for 5 years in August.

“I am living proof that you can move anywhere in the world and make it work,” she said.

Braxton said her favorite show is Chef’s Table show, book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, author is R.H Sin, holiday is Christmas, colors are grey, black and neutrals, and food is pasta.

“My favorite scripture is “Be the change you hope to see.”

I enjoy watching Elevation church services and minister Sarah Jake’s Roberts,” she said.

Braxton’s goals for 2020 are to start her own brand, create and host events to bring people together to celebrate moments and support various causes, visit a new country every month, learn to understand the meaning of “self,” and since she lives away she desires to grow a better relationship with her family.

Braxton says she is very fond of her grandmother.

“I am most inspired by my grandmother. She is the backbone to my family & has raised my father & aunt’s to be the best way they could be.

She is the love of my life & I would give anything to be half the woman that she is,” she said.

Braxton went through a trying time in her life that she says has made her stronger than ever.

“The most horrific yet inspirational part of my life was losing my sister. You never know really who you are until the other half of you is gone.

My sister is the reason I wake up everyday. She’s not here to tell our story. So I have to do it for us.

Everything I’m not she is and I have comfort in the fact that my life is dedicated to her.
Everything I do, I do for her,” she said

Her website is in the works and will launch in May 2020.
Her clothing line will launch later this year.
